File Upload Questions
1. How often can my files be downloaded off gigeshare.com? Every file can be download unlimited times. There are no restrictions.
2. How long are my files stored on gigeshare.com? Files are stored as long as they are accessed. The files will only be deleted after 90 days of inactivity. So as long as your files are getting download it will be stored forever.
3. What files are allowed to be uploaded? All files are allowed to be uploaded as long as they are within our terms of service.
4. Where and when do I see the link of the uploaded file? After you finish uploaded, the download and delete link will be present to you. If an email address is specify then an email will also be dispatch to your email with the download and delete link.
5. Will I recieve spam if I enter my email address when upload? No, we use your email address only to send you the information for you uploaded file.
6. My files keeps getting deleted? If you are guaranteed that your files are withing our terms of service and you have the legal rights to upload your files, then please leave a message in your file description like this: I have the legal rights to upload this file, for question please email me at youremail@email.com, replace youremail@email.com with the email you want us or the person reporting your file to contact. Once we see this message or a simlair message to this, we will send a email to you and if you reply within 24 hours with the necessary information we will not delete your file.
7. How come my uploaded file doesn't show in my user account? When uploading the file, you must be logged into your account. Make sure you could see that you are logged in on top before uploading. This will guranteed the file uploaded will be linked to your account.

2. Is there a way to share all my files at once? Yes, if you are a member you can share all your files at once. Use this address http://www.gigeshare.com/sharelist/username, replace username with your username. Share that link with your sharelist password to anyone that you want to access your whole sharelist.
3. What is a sharelist password? A sharelist password is a password to access your sharelist. You can change password by clicking on the sharelist link on top when you are logged in.
4. Is there any risk in sharing my sharelist password? There is no risk in sharing your sharelist password.
5. How do I use the folder system? The folder system is really easy to use. First click on the folder link uptop when you are logged in. Scroll down and enter a name to create a folder. Then scroll down to files management. Here you can check all the boxes next to the filename of the file you want to move. Then select the folder that you want to move the file to and hit the Move To Folder button. Thats it.
6. I registered, but did not received a email! Help! Unfortunately, due the amount of emails we received, please use this form to resend your confirmation email. If the problem continues then the best way to deal with this problem is register a new account and use a new email.
7. Error Registering? If you received a error registering, please send us a email at bug@gigeshare.com and tell us in detail what did you do and what happen.
8. Can my sharelist password be blank? Your sharelist password cannot be blank. Before you can even use your sharelist you must set it a password.
9. I have lost my password, what can I do? If you have lost your password please use this password reset form. This form will reset your password and email you the new password along with your username.
10. I have forgot my username, what can I do? If you have forget your username please use this password reset form. This form will reset your password and email you the new password along with your username.
File Download Questions
1. I cannot download anything from gigeshare.com? Your browser must pass the refferer url, otherwise it will be impossible to download the file. Please also enable scripting. Another solution is to try an disable your firewall or other security related programs. The only other option is to use a download manager, read the answer to the question below to do so.
2. Is it possible to use a download manager? Yes, it is possible to use a download manager if it supports refferer url. Copy the download link and enter it into the download manager, and on the refferer url copy the url of the current page, where the download link resides and paste it into the refferer url. This should let you use the download manager.
3. What happen? I reached download limit? We have implemented a download limit to prevent abuse of the servers. This will provide faster download for everyone.
4. I am not downloading anything, but it says download limit reached? This could happen when you disconnected incorrectly from the server, try waiting 20-30minutes.

We have a great announcement to make. Gigeshare is planning to merge it's services with YaStorage.com. This merge will greatly increase our capabilities to
